Privacy Policy
Yes! Blocks. Last updated 6 November 2026. Effective 6 November 2026. This policy also serves as the KVKK illumination text (aydınlatma metni) for players in Türkiye.
This policy explains what personal data Uniq Games Studio collects when you play Yes! Blocks (bundle ID com.yesblocks.yesblocks) or visit these pages, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and to support messages about the game. It does not apply to our other games, to job applicants, or to data we collect entirely offline.
1. Who we are
Yes! Blocks is developed and operated by Uniq Games Studio ("Uniq Games", "we", "us", "our"). For data-protection purposes Uniq Games Studio is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and the data controller (veri sorumlusu) under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Controller: Uniq Games Studio
App: Yes! Blocks
Correspondence: uniqgames@gmail.com
Support: uniqgames.net/yesblocks/support
We will publish our registered office and trade-registry number on this page when they are in place. Until then, privacy notices sent to the email above will reach us.
2. What we collect
Yes! Blocks does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or give us your name or email in order to play. Progress stays on the device. We collect a limited amount of product-analytics data so we can see whether the game is working.
Stored on your device
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Progress | Current level, score, coin balance, and whether the tutorial has been finished. This stays in the app's local storage. We do not upload it to an account. |
| Settings | Music, sound, haptics, and light or dark theme. Stored on the device. |
Deleting the app deletes this local data. We cannot restore a save that was never uploaded, because there is no cloud save and no player account.
Data you send us
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write: for example a device model, an OS version, a level number, or a screenshot. We use that only to answer you.
Data collected automatically
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Product analytics | Google Analytics for Firebase records an app-instance identifier and events such as first open, session start, level completion, and hint use. It may include device model, operating system, app version, language, and coarse country or region. |
| Store platforms | Apple and Google collect their own data when you download the app. Their privacy policies cover that collection. We do not receive your payment card details. Yes! Blocks does not offer in-app purchases at launch. |
We do not show advertising in Yes! Blocks, and we do not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, or Remote Config in this game. We do not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
3. Why we use it
- To run the game on your device. Remembering your level, score, coins, tutorial, and settings.
- To understand the game in aggregate. Seeing which levels are finished and where players use a hint, so we can fix difficulty and bugs.
- To support you. Reading and answering messages you send us.
- To meet legal obligations. Responding to lawful requests.
We do not use your personal data to make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases
If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Letting you play, and answering support messages | Performance of a contract with you, or steps you ask us to take |
| Product analytics that tell us whether levels and sessions are working | Our legitimate interests in operating and improving a stable game |
| Responding to lawful requests | Compliance with a legal obligation |
If you are in Türkiye, the matching KVKK grounds are in section 9.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for the purposes above:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Google (Firebase Analytics) | Product analytics only. See Firebase's privacy information. |
| Apple App Store, Google Play | Distributing the app. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect. |
| Our email provider | Receiving and storing support messages you send to us |
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, if it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of assets. If a different privacy policy would then apply, we will tell you before that happens.
6. International transfers
Google processes Firebase Analytics data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, and equivalent undertakings under the KVKK.
7. How long we keep it
- On-device progress and settings stay until you delete the app or clear the app's data.
- Analytics events are kept by Google Analytics for Firebase for the retention period configured for the project, and in aggregate form after that.
- Support email is kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Because there is no account, deleting the app is how you remove the local save. To ask us about analytics associated with an install, email uniqgames@gmail.com. Tell us the device and the approximate dates you played so we can look for the right records.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. In Türkiye that authority is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). In the EU and UK it is your national data protection authority.
Email uniqgames@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and in any case within 30 days. We may need enough detail to find the relevant analytics records. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
9. Türkiye — KVKK aydınlatma metni
This section is for players in Türkiye. It is the illumination text required by KVKK Article 10.
- Data controller (veri sorumlusu): Uniq Games Studio, reachable at uniqgames@gmail.com.
- Personal data processed: the categories in section 2. Progress and settings stay on the device. Analytics events and any support message you send may be processed by us and by Google. We do not process special categories of personal data (KVKK Article 6) to let you play.
- Purposes: those in section 3.
- Legal grounds (KVKK Article 5): processing necessary to perform the game you chose to play; processing necessary for our legitimate interests in understanding and fixing the game, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights; and processing required to comply with a legal obligation.
- Transfers: Google (Firebase Analytics), Apple or Google as the store, and our email provider. Transfers abroad are described in section 6.
- Collection method: from the app on your device, automatically through Firebase Analytics, and from you if you email us.
- Your rights (KVKK Article 11): to learn whether your data is processed; to request information; to learn the purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction; to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7; to request that those actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
- How to apply: email uniqgames@gmail.com. We will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
10. California and other US state laws
If you live in California, or in another US state with a similar privacy law, you may have the right to know, delete, correct, and obtain a copy of personal information, to appeal a refusal, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We collect identifiers (a Firebase app-instance ID, and an email address only if you write to us) and internet or electronic activity (analytics events). We use them to operate and improve the game and to answer you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
11. Children
Yes! Blocks is a puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email uniqgames@gmail.com and we will delete it.
If you are above that age but under the age of majority where you live, play only with a parent or guardian who has read this policy.
12. Security
Analytics and support email are sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data and creates a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
13. These pages
These pages are static. The studio site does not set cookies for this game. The studio-wide note is the Cookie Policy. Yes! Blocks itself does not use cookies. The game's analytics SDK stores an app-instance identifier on the device.
14. Changes
We will update this policy when the game or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
